I’m Lisa Whitfield, founder of Operations Alliance, and I bring more than 15 years of experience leading the day-to-day operations and business management of a successful plastic surgery and aesthetic practice and surgery center. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to wear just about every operational hat—from financial management and team leadership to human resources, marketing, patient experience, and business growth.
